Due to the instant nature of our designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our digital items. But, I can and will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your order. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE MY DIGITAL ITEM?
First things first, please refer to the instructions within your purchased product to see if your tech issues are addressed there. We've diligently provided in-depth instructions on how to download, how to use templates, how to print, etc. so you can get started right away!

CAN I FORWARD, SHARE, SELL, OR DISTRIBUTE THE FILES THAT I PURCHASE?
Products purchased under EDUCATION or SHOP-
Absolutely not. All designs are for personal use only. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the file. It is for non-commercial use only.
PERMITTED USE: You may use your purchased digital items for 1 Business for streamlining your business systems & processes - on social media, on your website, in your emails, and even in print.
WHITE LABEL DOWNLOADABLES -
Yes, you may share, sell, and distribute your white label planners/workbooks. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions to ensure you are operating within our guidelines.
CUSTOM DOWNLOADABLES -
Please indicate in the Inquiry Questionnaire that you wish to resell your custom planner and we will include the transfer of copyright in your contract. If you do not make it clear that you plan to resell your custom order, you may not resell.
DO YOU HAVE AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM?

What are downloadables?
Downloadables include printable or digital resources that can be downloaded via a link. These include planners, worksheets, checklists, guides, cheatsheets, or an ebook.
Why would I need downloadables?
Utilizing downloadables is one of the best ways to demonstrate your expertise! You can use them as a freebie for your email list, a tool in your online course, a monthly addition to your membership, or as a product to sell in your shop.
Will it be unique to my business?
Absolutely! We will design your downloadable completely custom to your brand. We will include your business name & info, brand colors, brand fonts, etc.
What is included?
Your final files will include a PDF and PNG file of your downloadable. Complimentary to you is the Cover Page, Copyright Page, and ID Page.
Can I sell my downloadable?
Indicate that you need resale rights in your questionnaire and we will include the transfer of copyright over to you in the contract. If you do not make it clear that you need resale rights, you may not resell your final files.
do you offer payment plans?
Payments are broken into two parts. There is a 50% non-refundable deopsit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking, and the 50% remainder that can be paid on your assigned end date.
Is my initial deposit refundable?
No. All deposits are nonrefundable as it is my way of securing your spot in our design calendar. I book projects ahead of time and when scheduling, I ensure that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves for personable design experience. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with their project.
