What are downloadables?

Downloadables include printable or digital resources that can be downloaded via a link. These include planners, worksheets, checklists, guides, cheatsheets, or an ebook.

Why would I need downloadables?

Utilizing downloadables is one of the best ways to demonstrate your expertise! You can use them as a freebie for your email list, a tool in your online course, a monthly addition to your membership, or as a product to sell in your shop.

Will it be unique to my business?

Absolutely! We will design your downloadable completely custom to your brand and overall vision. We will include your business name & info, brand colors, brand fonts, etc.

What is included?

Your final files will include a PDF and PNG file of your downloadable. Complimentary to you is the Cover Page, Copyright Page, and ID Page.

how will copyrights be TRANSFERRED?

As per the contract that is signed before any project begins, it states that any completed and final work created as a result of our services is considered a work for hire and are expressly assigned to and owned by Client upon full and final payment.

do you offer payment plans?

For the "Design" and "Design & Strategy" packages, payments are broken into two parts. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit that needs to be paid up front in order to secure your booking, and the 50% remainder that can be paid on your assigned end date. For "Monthly Retainer" packages, your monthly payment is due in full at the first of each month. 

Is my initial deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are nonrefundable as it is my way of securing your spot in our design calendar. I book projects ahead of time and when scheduling, I ensure that I give all of my clients the proper amount of time that a project deserves for personable design experience. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposits ensure that clients are serious about moving forward with their project.

do you design in canva?

No, we do not design in Canva for custom projects for quality purposes. We feel that since our clients are paying a premium price that they deservce our best work. We work mainly in Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign.

will i get an editable file? What if i want to make changes later?

No, your final deliverables will consist of a standard .pdf file and .png images of each page of your project for marketing purposes. These files will not be editable.

We provide a variety of post-project services for our clients who need additional changes after the project is complete. Typically, our past clients have just wanted minor changes done such as color or font updates or wanted an additional page designed. These types of changes require less time/investment and you wouldn't have to go through the same onboarding process.
