how it works

A retainer fee is like a monthly design fee. It is paid up front each month before work is ordered.

Based on the retainer package you select, my team and I will block out our design schedule with the appropriate amount of hours each month to complete your project(s). You have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of projects each month that you can utilize throughout your membership, online shop, or coaching business!

what type of services can be used?

Our time together can be used as you see fit across any number of projects including:

how long will each project take?

Every project is different based on type and scope of work. I will give you an estimated turnaround time during our design calls at the beginning of each month. Keep in mind that too much exploration/brainstorming or refining in the process could lead to multiple revisions and can extend projects beyond their original scope.

how does the graphic design process work?

Once you've onboarded as our client, we'll ask that you complete a short creative brief so we can record all of your business assets, colors, fonts, etc. After you fill out the short brief, and initial design concepts have been presented we can hone in on direction. You will then be presented a final refined concept and we can adjust with final tweaks and edits. The completed project files and assets will be shared with you via email or file sharing service.

Detailed information that you provide during the initial discovery conversations will help speed up the process.

what is my INVOLVEMENT in the process?

The most important input we need from you is the initial Project Questionnaire and the Creative Brief (sent to you after onboarding). These two forms will provide an understanding of your requirements, target audience, and the purpose of your design, in addition to how you intend to use it. Without all those details already ironed out, spending time consulting can extend the time it takes to complete your project.

Additionally, we allow up to two (2) revisions for each project, which include the review your project and making minor adjustments and changes as you see fit. 

What format will files be sent in? Who owns the artwork?

For your print & digital files, you will receive .PNG and .PDF files for final use.

All designs are your property upon receipt of payment for work completed.
